Instructions for Receiving a Certificate from the WHCA-ARC
Step 1. Thank you for the contact!

Thank you for making a QSO with us! You’ve accomplished something truly challenging!
We are delighted to host special events throughout the year. One highlight is our celebration of the establishment of the White House Communications Agency, created by President Roosevelt in 1942. We also honor other significant occasions, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day.
Step 2. Download and complete the application.

The next step is to go to https://www.whitehousecomms-arc.org and download a certificate request application form and complete it.
Step 3. Printing and postage costs.

Creating and sending beautiful, eye-catching certificates, along with ordering envelopes and applying postage, can be expensive, but we believe it’s worth the investment. After all, how many people can say they had a QSO with a ham club that includes members from the White House Communications Agency?
Receiving your donation and application early guarantees that we print the precise number of certificates required. This process minimizes unnecessary printing, which can lead to waste and ultimately increase costs. Additionally, it helps avoid delays in receiving your certificate due to an inadequate number of certificates being printed.
Please include a letter addressed to the address below, along with a donation of $5.00 USD for Radio Amateurs in the United Sates and $10.00 USD for Radio Amateur in other countries, no checks please. Your donation will be used to print your certificate, purchase envelope, mailing labels and postage.
Step 4. Addressing your request letter.

All that you need to do is wait for your certificate, we will do the rest!
Please be mindful that we are all volunteers with families and commitments but if you have not received your certificate within 60 days, please let us know by sending an email to whcaarcconnect@yahoo.com
