The White House Communications Agency Amateur Radio Club (WHCA‑ARC) is an independent amateur radio organization and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the United States Government, the Department of Defense, the White House, or the White House Communications Agency. All activities, content, and operations of the WHCA‑ARC are conducted solely by its members as a private amateur radio club.
