Full WHCA-ARC Member Eligibility

  1. Account Creation and Attestation

By creating an account on the WHCA-ARC website, users affirm that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and provided in good faith. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of membership, suspension of access, or revocation of membership privileges.

  1. Full WHCA ARC Membership

Full WHCA-ARC Membership is reserved exclusively for verified current or former personnel of the White House Communications Agency, including:

Uniformed armed service members:

DoD Civilian employees:

Retired armed service members:

Alumni of the White House Communications Agency:

Selecting “Full WHCAARC Membership” during registration does not grant immediate access. Applicants requesting Full Membership are created as Site Members and may be upgraded only after administrative verification.

Full Members may access:

All Site Member areas

WHCA-ARC‑only forums

Private WHCA‑related discussions

Additional privileges as established by WHCA ARC

  1. Verification Requirements

Users requesting Full WHCAARC Membership may be asked to provide additional information to confirm eligibility. Verification may include:

A. Reviewing service details voluntarily provided by the applicant

B. Cross‑checking known WHCA records

C: Consulting with WHCA alumni

D. Reviewing callsigns, duty sections, or years of service (if provided)

WHCAARC administrators determine eligibility at their discretion. Full Membership is granted only after successful verification.

  1. Misrepresentation of Identity

Users may not misrepresent identity, military service, affiliation with WHCA, or eligibility for Full WHCA-ARC Membership.

Misrepresentation for the purpose of obtaining access, privileges, or membership benefits is strictly prohibited and may result in:

Immediate account removal

Denial of Full Membership

Revocation of existing membership

Such conduct may also violate applicable federal or state laws.

  1. Membership Revocation

WHCA-ARC may deny, suspend, or revoke membership at any time if:

Information provided during registration or verification is false, misleading, or incomplete

The member engages in conduct that compromises the integrity, security, or mission of WHCA-ARC

The member violates community rules, Terms of Use, or forum policies

Membership in WHCA-ARC is a privilege, not a right.

  1. Forum Access

Access to WHCA-ARC forums is role‑based:

WHCA-ARC Site Members may access public forums

Full WHCA-ARC Members may access both public and WHCAARC‑only forums

Users may not self‑assign Full Membership or bypass verification procedures.

  1. Changes to Membership Policy

WHCA-ARC may update or modify membership requirements, verification procedures, or access privileges at any time to support community integrity, security, and operational needs.
