
Amateur Radio Community Membership Eligibility
Welcome to the White House Communications Agency Amateur Radio Club (WHCA ARC) site. We welcome individuals interested in amateur radio to join our community.
To ensure the security and integrity of our communications, access to subscriber-restricted areas is managed through the following eligibility criteria:
Eligibility Criteria
Subscribers must meet the following qualifications:
- Public Membership: We welcome applications from members of the general public who have a genuine interest in amateur radio.
- Note: Public membership does not allow access to any full member secure areas. A valid FCC Amateur Radio License (Technician class or higher) is not required for general site access.
- Good Standing: Applicants must be in good standing with the amateur radio community.
How to Request Access
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps to request an account:
- Select the “Register” button in the main menus bar.
- Complete the registration form.
- Check on the registration form that you understand the site policies.
- For security reasons, once submitted, you will be notified via email. your application has been receive. Reply to this email to complete the request process. You will be notified via email once your account has been approved.
